When a bomb hidden under his car by the mafia kills his family instead of him ex-cop Frank Castle (Dolph Lundgren) became a vigilante known only as The Punisher. Five years and 125 kills later, the Punisher is on the verge of bringing down the cities top mafia families. In a desperate effort to stay in power the families plan to merge together, but this action attracts the attention of the Yakuza. Asia’s powerful crime syndicate kidnaps all of the mafia leaders’ children in an attempt to turn the families against each other and gain control of the city.
